At ACA Deluxe Detail, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in providing high-quality auto detailing services and want every customer to leave happy with the results. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds or service adjustments may be issued.

 

 

 

 

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

 

 

We aim to deliver exceptional detailing services every time. If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment.

 

  • We will gladly inspect the vehicle and, if appropriate, offer a re-service or correction free of charge.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered if the issue cannot be resolved through additional service.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Deposits and Prepayments

 

 

  • Some appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to show up.

  • If ACA Deluxe Detail cancels or reschedules due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, deposits will be refunded or transferred to a future appointment at your choice.

 

 

 

 

 

3. No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy

 

 

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee equal to a portion of the service cost.

  • Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings.

 

 

 

 

 

4. Refund Eligibility

 

 

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

 

  • The service was not completed as described or agreed upon.

  • A verified quality issue could not be corrected through a re-detailing session.

  • A payment error or duplicate charge occurred.

 

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

 

  • Change of mind after services are completed.

  • Pre-existing damage, stains, or issues that cannot be corrected by detailing.

  • Services rendered based on inaccurate vehicle condition information provided by the customer.

 

 

 

 

 

5. Payment Disputes

 

 

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us directly before filing a dispute with your bank or credit card provider. We will work with you to resolve any billing concerns promptly and fairly.

 

 

 

 

6. Refund Processing

 

 

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
